Nowadays, several people don't know how to stay healthy or they ignore this problem to live an unhealthy, indiscriminate life. Therefore, they usually feel tired, lack of energy and get sick often, beside that, their memory also have to decrease. If we continue live an unhealthy life, it will bring a lot of disavantages to us. So what should we do to stay healthy? Firstly, we should get enough sleep. People should only sleep 7-8 hours per day, get enough sleep makes us decrease the tiredness and brings us a energy to work or study. Secondly, we should usually do the exercise - the activities which are beneficial for our heath such as : running, walking, swimming, jogging or boxing... Do the exercise brings us a strong body and supple muscle, it also trains us to have a patient morale. Finally, we should eat the healthy, cooked food. We have to eat much vegetables and fruits, just right the seafood (fish, shrimp, crab...) and the meat to keep a fit body. In conclusion, there is no doubt that stay healthy is very important in our life. If we want to have a fit, strong body, you had better stay healthy and keep fit.
