Ta có : $Q=\dfrac{2a-b}{3a-b}+\dfrac{5b-a}{3a+b}=\dfrac{\dfrac{2a}{b}-1}{\dfrac{3a}{b}-1}+\dfrac{5-\dfrac{a}{b}}{\dfrac{3a}{b}+1}$

Đặt $\dfrac ab=x\to Q=\dfrac{2x-1}{3x-1}+\dfrac{-x+5}{3x+1}=\dfrac{3x^2+15x-6}{9x^2-1}$

Ta có :
$6a^2-15ab+5b^2=0$

$\to 6x^2-15x+5=0\to 15x=6x^2+5\to Q=\dfrac{3x^2+6x^2+5-6}{9x^2-1}=\dfrac{9x^2-1}{9x^2-1}=1$

$\to Q=1$
