My name's Linh. Today I'm very happy to tell you about how to keep fit and better your health. Health plays an important role to a person's life as a good health supports us to live life to the fullest with what people desire to do. Therefore, people need to have a green lifestyle to stay healthy.
First, do more exercise, activities such as: running, walking or cycling to stay heathy and in shape. If you don't burn calories, you will feel weak and tired. Teenagers are believed to develop their height and body while they do physical activities. For example, a teen boy or girl can get 5 centimeters taller in a year when they play a sport like volleyball, basketball or badminton regularly.
Second, people should eat a variety of food without eating too much of anything. Your bodies need enough calories, protein, vitamins and mineral substances including meat, fish, careal, dairy products and especially fruits and vegetables. With a reasonable, your body will fully develop and keep you from particular diseases like obesity, diabetes and heart diseases.
What's more, it's very important to stay away from bad habits. Wine, snacks eating, smoking or drink too much. This enables people to examine and discover their potential health risks so that you can get help from doctors.
In conclusion, to have a good health to be in shape is not too challenging. If you follow those tips, you will have a good health and stronger.
