Hi, how are you? I'm good, and thanks for your last letter.
Today, I am writing to you about "How do I keep fit and better my health".
Well, health is a big problem that everyone certainly concern about. But, do you know what's the best way to keep fit? I don't know, but I have my daily time table for my own.
To keep fit, I eat on a diet : More vegetabes, Less rice, less meat. Also, I must do exercise twice a day, once when I get up and once at 5 p.m. At the weekend, I usually run around the park near my house. By this way I can burn many calories!
You can do like me, but you can choose your favourite sports on your own! Such as swimming, running or riding can burn lots of calories.
And, the letter is too long now, so I decide to end here.
