The lowest temperature is at 12 to 15 degrees Celsius, and the highest temperature is at about 16 to 19 degrees Celsius. Tomorrow in Hanoi is expected to be a gloomy day with a lot of dark clouds, and there will be a little sunlight at the middle of the day. It will be a big chance of heavy rain in most of the streets in the evening, so people are encouraged to return home after work hours to avoid long - time traffic jams due to the bad weather. Children and older people should be kept warm enough to avoid illness caused by cold air. Right now we are coming to few minutes of advertisement before we return to the weather forecast in the South.
Topic 2: We all know that natural disasters happen all over the world, and they can be utterly devastating for people’s lives and the environments we live in. There are many different natural causes leading to natural disasters, and being aware of these causes enables us to be better prepared when they do arrive. One of the most common natural disasters is flooding, which occurs when a river bursts its banks and the water spills out onto the floodplain. During wet periods, flood warnings are often put in place because of a great deal of heavy rain. There are other risk factors for flooding that we have to mention such as steep-sided channels cause fast surface run-off, the lack of vegetation and woodland break the flow of water. In other words, there is little to slow the floodwater down.
