My hometown is near Keo Pagoda, Thai Binh. Every year, in the middle of the September lunar month, the village holds a very loud festival. The festival has many rituals of procession and many interesting games. Including the Holy Communion Swimming ceremony every year attracts many people to cheer. The shallow swimming association is always divided into two teams. Each team consists of 12 people, the head of the martial arts team, the bare body and the loincloths, stand in two rows in front of the incense sticks to worship like the two sides of the boat. At the signal to start swimming, all participants used their swimmers instead of the rudders. Left hand upturned, right hand facing up, looks like holding a real paddle. The association was even happier and more bustling when together with the swimming rhythm of the teams was the sound of the gong, the sound of the gong, the resounding echo and the cheering of the people who came to watch.
