On the occasion of sisters' fourteenth birthday, my mother let us go to Sword Lake. A famous beautiful scene.
Today the clear blue sky casts a shadow on the lake. The birds took turns singing special songs. The wind is leisurely passing by, making everyone feel comfortable. After thirty minutes of riding on the road with my father's motorbike, both me, my mother and my sister felt that Sword Lake was right in front of our eyes, Mom and we walked hand in hand around the lake, it's been a long time. then I come here. It's Sunday, so there are a lot of tourists coming here to visit and each person has their own way of thinking about Sword Lake. In the eyes of a child, Sword Lake is like a giant mirror of Hanoi city. I once heard her story about King Le Loi returning the sword to the turtle god Kim Quy. Mother and daughter chose a clear spot to see Turtle Tower. The ancient and majestic Turtle Tower stands on a green mound of grass floating in the middle of the lake. Mother said that once someone saw the old Tortoise on that mound and since then people consider Turtle Tower to be the palace of the Tortoise god Kim Quy. Mother also said that the Turtle Tower is also a witness to the history of our country. It has witnessed our country being invaded, has witnessed our country's liberation and is now on the rise. It is also the first place to plant the red flag with a yellow star of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. Connecting Sword Lake with Ngoc Son Temple is the curved The Huc Bridge, which is curved like a shrimp and is also the only bridge painted in glossy red. The end of this special shrimp's tail is covered with a leaf gate made from cool old trees. Right in front of the temple is a beautiful inscription of Nguyen Sieu, a famous Vietnamese prodigy. To the left of the temple door is the towering Pen Tower that many people still write every day the good deeds of people to the sky. Going close to the temple, we can admire the old Tortoise bigger than the teacher's desk in my class. For the elderly, Sword Lake is not only beautiful but also because it is a place with fresh air because of the thousand-year-old banyan tree, and the willow girls who wash their long hair every day. Sword Lake is even more jubilant when you come on the day of Tet like this because the daily flower beds have been arranged in colorful letters. Tourists can also eat ice cream at Thuy Ta's house, which in our funny words is the palace of King Thuy Te.
