Health is imprtant to everyone. To keep fit and stay health, we should follow some simples tips. Firstly, we should do more exercise likes: riding a bike, running, swimming,jogging,... Secondly, we should it sensibly. We should ear more fruit and vegetables. We shouldn’t eat too much junk food beacause it makes you fast easily. Finally, we should get plenty of rest to avoid depression and concentrate at school and sleep more. In short, we should follow these tips beacause they are good for health.
