Many people have been throwing rubbish and waste into the lake near your house. The lake used to be large and beautiful. However, the lake is dying because of pollution. The air stinks and now it is quite unbearable. You think that the local authorities should prohibit and fine heavily anyone throwing rubbish into the lake.
