I'm writing this letter to tell you about the schedule of the speech contest at the end December. As far as i knew, you has decided to hold a speech contest. And my classmates and I are really interested in it. However, we found that the day which be chosen to celebrate the competition is too near the final examination. So could you please help us to change the schedule of this debate contest to take place at the end of January. How do you think about my opinion?.
