No teenager “should” wear makeup. It is their decision if they want to wear makeup or not, and most of them don't even need it. However if you are a teenager and do decide to wear makeup, I recommend doing a subtle amount so that it doesn't make you look fake or draws a lot of attention. Makeup is meant to embrace the features that you do like and not so much the ones that you don't like. So if you need to hide the zits (if you have any) or cover any spots or blemishes, than feel free to do so, and embrace all of the wonderful features on your beautiful face!
