Today, with the rapid development of information technology, the Internet has become increasingly important to the lives of modern people. According to the development history of the media, it can be seen that the Internet has synthesized the outstanding features and advantages. The Internet is capable of connecting people around the world, breaking all distances in space and time. It is seen as a vast communication environment and contains a wealth of knowledge endowed with humanity. The Internet, with its full potential, is expected to continue to be the medium of the future. By the end of March 2009, the number of Internet users in Vietnam was 21,070,995 people (about the population), most of them are young people, so young people are also the most affected by the Internet. On the one hand, the Internet offers new opportunities for communication, entertainment, and learning, enabling young people to practice social skills, overcome and improve personal qualities; On the other hand, it is also from the Internet, malicious content, social evils, hackers, viruses and untrue information spread among young people at a fast, hard-to-control speed. The situation on that and is questioning it is necessary to study and analyze the relationship and impact of the Internet on people, especially for young people, to propose solutions to promote the role and positive impacts of the Internet.

In this modern world, there exists some definition and some new types of communicating that we couldn't even dream of in the past. Two common way to communicate nowadays is, first of all- by internet which is considered much more quickly, much more advantage but beside this , there's another way of communicating which is more traditional, and that is by meeting face to face.Absolutely ,conversations which happen face to face are better because both the parties involved can see the body language of each other and guess out whether the other one is interested or not. More over when you smile in person or react to certain situations in person, the opposite person will understand it and they will give us an equal reaction of theirs where as in online conversation one cannot guess as to what the opposite person is feeling or on what level are they understanding our conversation. Also in person you can feel the vibes / moods of the other person and accordingly you can converse with the person where as in online conversation we don’t know whether the opposite person is in good mood, bad mood, etc.
