Chili shoots, peanuts, potatoes, mint leaves, herbs, vinegar, sugar ... Liver, stomach, bacon (pig) Pho cake (must be rice paper to cool) Spices include: Fish sauce, salt, honey ... (to roast duck). Duck (choose round fat ducks).
Cách làm:
Step 1: You bring the pig liver and slice it thinly. Then fry the pork liver. Remember to fry them until they are nearly finished.
Step 2: You boil it through the pig's stomach. Then put the newly boiled stomach in a frying pan until it turns golden. The bacon is also crispy.
Step 3: You take the duck to spice it for about 30 minutes and then put it in roast. Remember to leave water in the duck belly mixed with vinegar, garlic, sugar to make a sauce.
Step 4: Put the noodle cake in the bowl and then put the liver, stomach, fried meat and duck meat on top to add a few herbs to decorate and add the sauce just mixed on top. When eating, remember to add chili bamboo shoots to create a spicy taste for pho.
