Long life on land, Lac Long Quan is not familiar, so he said goodbye to his wife and children to return to the sea. Before leaving, Lac Long Quan discussed with his wife to divide 50 children to follow their father to return to the sea, 50 children followed their mother to go up and take control together to govern the localities. When there is a need to help do not forget each other. The eldest son followed his mother was crowned king, took the title Hung Vuong, built the capital Phong Chau, named the country Van Lang. For several generations of the throne, the reign is still Hung Vuong. From this legend, Vietnamese children, whenever they remember their roots, call themselves "Son of a Dragon and a Fairy".
