As you asked me in your letter, I will tell you about a famous traditional food in my country - Banh com, also known as nuggets cake. Banh com is a popular option for special occasions such as pre-wedding ceremony. It is put in a square paper box to maintain its original shape. This type of cake is made from smashed nuggets and green beans. I can not make it because it is quite hard to make and I am not really confident with my skill. I really like it because it tastes delicious. Moreover, it is soft and sweet as well . With a lovely packaging and tasty flavor, I think Banh com is the best choice as a gift for family and friends. Special occasions are the best time for Vietnamese people to gather and remind them of traditionally cultural values.
