Tình huống: Ông A có 300m2 đất ở Phường Nghi Thu. Cách đây 3 tháng ông đã bán cho ông B. Sau khi hoàn thành thủ tục, ông B được nhà nước cấp dấy chứng nhận. Ông nói với vợ rằng : “300m2 đất lúc thuộc quyền sở hữu của nhà mình” a.Theo em ông B nói vậy có đúng hay sai? vì sao? b.Em hiểu gì về quyền sở hữu tài sản và nghĩa vụ tôn trọng tài sản của người khác?
