Mình vừa viết xong một bài luận IELTS về chủ đề chế độ ăn không lành mạnh ở các nước phương Tây. Bạn có thể tham khảo ý trong phần thân bài nhé.
As health crisis in western nations looms, critics demand healthier diet modification. From my perspective, I completely disagree with the above-stated recommendation because not everyone would be capable of accommodating dietary changes.
It is true that western communities are faced with the mounting risks of suffering from chronic internal health hazards resulting from the ubiquity of junk foods. In other words, ready-made products from American fast-food giants such as McDonald’s or Burger King might contain certain chemicals, which not only leads to severe addiction to these poisonous spices but also diabetes, cardiovascular disease, or raised blood cholesterol levels. For example, it has been reported even daily consumption of wholegrain cereals, which are considered healthy, triggers obesity despite frequent engagement in physical activity. Therefore, governments should instigate nutrition consultancy services as the last resort to enhance their citizens' well-being.
Nevertheless, such an aggravatingly detrimental diet is not a one-sided predicament from a population bias; rather there are seemingly infinite variables manipulating the intake and body reactions. Even the same diet could assert completely different effects on identical twins. More specifically, plant-based and low-carbohydrate regimens appear to be of great assistance for some but not for others, which indicates the nourishment should be individualized. Furthermore, were metabolic and behavioral changes to be less time-consuming processes, the likelihood of someone failing to adhere to dietary guidelines would be diminished. On that account, I am more in favor of the maintenance of the current western eating habits.
In conclusion, due to potential problems concerning individual body’s responses and adapting time, it would be more efficient every western person be responsible for orienting their selection of foods in a manner to best satisfy their unique nutrition requirements.
