$I discovered that Zumba, which is put together by someone from Colombia in the 1990s.Firstly, its a more of a dance form and its enjoyable.Secondly, the music- its catchy and recent so you end up singing along, or doing your own moves once in while. Secondly, its a cardio exercise which not only helps you in losing weight but also helps you in increasing your stamina.It helps a lot in losing the extra fat (the inches from all the parts of your body). It increasing your over all fitness.It perfectly gets you into shape.$
