My School has many clubs for students like badminton, swimming, basketball. Of all this sports, I like swimming most because of ít benefit it brings to me. First, if I want to get taller, just swim every afternoon and I can get that because swimming is really good if I want to improve my body. Second, swimming makes me healthier. When we swim, we will have to use many calories and we can practise for all our body, so from the head to my leg, I can improve all just by swimming. Swimming has four main strokes. They are crawl stroke, breast stroke, back crawl stroke, and butterfly stroke. My favourite swimming styles is breast stroke. With swimming, I can burn 25% of my body’s fat. Besides that, with swimming I can free from asthma. If you want to improve your health and loose your wait, do it from now.
