I enjoy sports and participate in them for two hours a day. Playing badminton is my favorite sport. It appeals to me for four reasons. To begin with, I will better my health by playing it. Without much effort, I can adjust the course of badminton movement and make my opponent lose it. Third, when I play badminton, I will make a lot of friends. Finally, badminton is not as physically demanding as other sports like basketball and soccer. It reduces the chances of getting injured.
