The festival takes place from the 1st to the 10th of March of the lunar calendar, the ceremony is held solemnly on the main festival day (March 10). Hung Temple is located on Nghia Linh Mountain, Hy Cuong Commune, Viet Tri City, Phu Tho Province, where national festivals usually take place annually to honor the Hung Kings who have built the country.
