Once upon a time, during the reign of King Le Thanh Tong, there was a great man in Thang Long. He determined whoever's take would work. He used to make officials and rich men lose their appetite. Many times the officials of the Doan Doan detained but he appeared like a god, unable to catch. Because his whereabouts were as fast as the wind, everywhere he entered, they were called Wind County.
One day on the occasion of the Lunar New Year, the king dressed as a poor student on a walk outside the capital to consider the people. Incidentally, the king knocked on the door of the Wind District. The bumbling king said:
- I sat teaching at Dong Xuan ward, when I got a little money to go back to my hometown, I was robbed of everything by thieves, and now I want to stay one night, and leave tomorrow.
Gio district saw customers saying so, then replied:
- I will help you a little to make money for sugar.
The king saw the columned column house broken, asked:

The king thought for a moment and said:
- There is Mr. Ba Van's house in the east of the city, he has a big and rich store selling goods.
The Wind District answers:
- The house lent a layer of capital, interest in seven years. But we keep raising fat and we will get it later.
The king said again:
- I have seen his house recently, deep field, buffalo sow, wall tiles, watch how?
- Can not! The house was bare; the sun had not woken up yet, the sun set about blowing rice, hard-working like that, should not take. Come on! There was an official who looked at the storehouse, or ate away from him, and today my body went to get it.

The king was curious to see the skills of the Wind County, so he demanded to follow. The District Wind first hesitated but later agreed, and said:

Then they said they were fake, and they both went away late at night. When he went to the official's house to take care of the store, the wind district told the king to wait in the bushes, then cut the hedge to find a way to open the house. Then he took the king to the chamber, opened the chest to take five pieces of silver and showed it to the king and said:
- This is the silver he stole from the storehouse to own unused. Well, take him immediately back to his hometown to celebrate Tet, don't scold them to catch. I will find a way to make him unaware that there will be a thief tonight.
King saw on each silver compression with the words "dwell platinum platinum", believe the District Wind is right and silently praise him talented. The King always goes to the palace, hiding silver under the sincere. The next morning was the Lunar New Year, hundreds of officials came in to wish him all the best. The king called the store keeper to ask:
- Your house was stolen last night, wasn't it?
Seeing that he did not respond, the king immediately sent the envoy to the heart to take the five compressions of silver. The King showed him, he could not answer his tongue and bowed to plead guilty.
The wind district was later granted the title "King of death" by the king and was very rewarded.
