Recently, my mood has gone down so often. I usually feel stressed, worried and disappointed. I think the reason maybe I didn't control my feeling really well. I thought too much and that raises my nerve even worse. I tried mediating and this did work. I felt so relieved and calm. Besides, I also took up yoga and walked every afternoon.Last week I had the chance to be a volunteer in an international program at 108 Hospital. The first time I saw the information about this program, I felt so excited because this is an international one, which means I could talk to native speakers and practice my English. I felt so happy after doing this activity. Being able to help patients, seeing their smiles, makes me feel pleased indeed.
