Hello everyone, today i want to write about a special Vietnamese food - eel soup. It made very simple. To cook eel soup, you need have some eels, a pot of broth and some vegetables. First, preliminary processing eels. Next, boil the broth and put the eels into. Then, wait the eels until ripe and put into a bowl. Finish, pour the broth into and serve it with some vegetables.
