To begin with, readers can keep their brain active as the brain has to do a lot of exercises such as memorizing and analyzing. As a result, the brain becomes strongers and subsequently the reader can avoid mental illness. Secondly, reading books broadens the knowledge. When a person reads book, they are filling their heads with new bits of information. Therefore, the information that will go into their knowledge, the more opportunities they have to achieve success in real life. Last but not least, reading helps people improve their memory. Hence, they have to remember a lot of informations about the book such as the context, new words,…so their memory will be improved gradually. In conclusion, for the aforementioned reasons, it is advisable that people should create a habit of reading books regulary.
