As we know, staying healthy is everyone’s concern and I am no -> not an exception. So what do -> should you do to have a good-> good health? With me, I choose to jogging -> jog to have good health. I have set up a plan within 3 month->months to improve my health. Every day, I spend 1 hour to jog-> jogging. I always run at-> in the park near house->my house and when I get there, I can relax and enjoy fresh-> the fresh air here. At-> In the first week, I set a goal for myself is 5 km and that number will increase every week. This activity makes all the->X parts on the bodywork, so after each training session, I feel full of energy and comfortable. I have been practicing for 2 months and I think I will not stop there. For the first 2 weeks, I felt very lazy and wanted to give up but I tried to overcome it. After 2 weeks, I started to form a habit, and now I still maintain that habit because it helps me to have a->∅ good health every day. It help->helps me to have a beautiful body. Its->it benefits not only physical well- being but also mental health such as: reduce stress, increase focus and memory. In addition, it also help prevention-> helps prevent disease so I think It is a good exercise for all age groups.
