- Nồng độ mol:
Các bài toán hoá coi thể tích dung dịch trước, sau phản ứng là không đổi nên thể tích dung dịch trước phản ứng, sau phản ứng là bằng nhau.
Biết được số mol chất sẽ tính đc nồng độ mol.

- Nồng độ %:
+ Trước phản ứng:
VD: cho một lượng Fe vào dung dịch HCl vừa đủ.
Nếu biết số mol Fe, suy ra được mol HCl, từ đó tính khối lượng HCl.
Biết được khối lượng dd HCl (hoặc thể tích, khối lượng riêng dd, khi đó tính khối lượng theo công thức $m= DV$), tính nồng độ % theo công thức $C\%= \frac{m_{HCl}.100}{m_{dd}}$.
+ Sau phản ứng:
Khối lượng dd sau phản ứng chưa chắc đã bằng trước pứ vì còn chịu sự biến thiên do khối lượng thêm vào và khối lượng mất đi.
Trong đó chất thêm vào là các chất cho vào dung dịch phản ứng. VD: Fe (cho vào dd HCl), Al (cho vào dd NaOH),...
Khối lượng mất đi có thể là kết tủa ($BaSO_4, BaCO_3, CaCO_3,....$) hoặc khí ($H_2, CO_2,....$).
Tính khối lượng dd sau phản ứng: giả sử thêm a gam chất vào b gam dung dịch, mất đi c gam sau phản ứng. Dung dịch sau phản ứng nặng x gam:
$x= a+b-c$
Sau đó tìm số mol chất sau pứ, suy ra khối lượng và tính nồng độ %.
