"Feast of the First Morning of the First Day" is the phrase that best described Tet. To prepare for Tet, the whole family will clean up the house spotlessly. After tidying up the house, the Vietnamese usually go shopping and looking for decorations for their house. In Tet, we usually visit our relatives or friends to give wishes, then the children will get lucky money as a gift for the new year. What special about Tet is the food we will be eating during Tet. We can enjoy Banh Chung, one of the traditional food of Vietnam, in addition, candied fruits are also one of the most favourite Tet food. There are many activities that we can attend during this holiday. I love receiving lucky money from my relatives, taking part in the spring festival, doing Banh Chung, going to the flower market to feel the atmosphere of Tet.
