Hi My, how are you these days ? How's your health ? Today I write this letter to send you to ask about your health after so many days aways. Heard the news lately you seem to be fatter and gain more weight than before. Fat is great, but don't eat a lot of unhealthy foods and need to adjust your diet to suit yourself and calories.
So I recommend that you exercise regularly every morning and always drink water. Especially, eat enough fruits to help the body have vitamin C.
You shouldn't eat too many fast foods and junk food because they are very unhealthy. And limit drinking carbonated soft drinks because it is very harmful.
