Of all the festival in my country, I like Lunar New Year festival the most. It's the biggest festival of the year. There's no school for two weeks. Everybody is busy decorating the house, cook good food, and buy new clothes. One of the most famous foods in Vietnam Lunar year is chung cake. It's made from sticky rice, green beans and fatty pork. I really like it although eating it can make me fat. In Lunar Year, children receives red envelopes with money inside from older people. In thsi festival, some people go for tourism because this's the longest holidays in the year. However, most people visit their relatives and friends, have some food or drink, talk and play some games. I ddo too because I think that this is the best chance for everybody to gather. It's better than going anywhere for tourism.

The Mid-Autumn Festival held the meeting lights for you last year was really fun. Mom bought me a butterfly lantern. On the evening of the full moon in August, when I heard the frog drums rushing in the alley, I hurriedly took the lantern and joined the tiny army, heading to the wide lawn at the top of the village, and then made a circle around the field. After the sister in charge, we lined up in a long line around the neighborhood, led by two dragons. Where the lights go, the sound of the drum resounds, making the whole neighborhood bustle like a big festival. After taking the light for a round, we go back to the grass to prepare to destroy the deck. The performance of breaking the deck is no less fun like the process of light procession. We ate candies and fruits while doing entertainment. When the moon was high, we left. That festival left me with many unforgettable memories.
