+ Salary: it is the most important element in a job because it makes you energetic or boring in working. Additionally, money helps our life better and happier, so when you have a good salary, you will try hard to work.
+ Partner is also important because when you decide to work, you will do it for long time, and partners are the people whom we will work with and share our information or lifetime for them. They will also help us and give many good lessons.
+ That company or organization: because the company or organization that you will work is not equal or exploiting, you will get many bad problem. Knowing about your company or organization is important and useful for your job.

I prefer working in a team because when we do team-work, it is good and easy to solve difficult problems together. We can actually improve ourselves by learning mistakes of our partners.

Physics and Literature are some subjects which I am studying to improve. To do that goal, I read books and revise all knowledge that I have learnt before. Sometimes, I ask my friends or offer them to help me when they are free.

I work best with friendliness and humorous because these personalities help me improving my communication and making friends in my life.

I am good at listening my friends and sharing. When my friends have problems or difficult feeling, I usually talk with them and share my opinions for them.

I am practicing to control my feelings because I have recently been angry with small things, I didn't know why I was but I should control my feelings.

I am not good at drawing, and I am also trying to draw well.

I think that is realizing imformation because when I have a lesson or an issue, I realize and solve them very fast. That skill helps me very much in my life
