-YOGA:Yoga is more than just bending or twisting the body and holding your breath. It is a mechanism to bring you into the state where you see and experience reality as it is. If you allow your energy to become exhilarating and ecstatic, your sensory body will expand. This allows you to experience the entire universe as a part of yourself, making everything one - this is the union that yoga, Yoga as a practice has a multitude of benefits that positively affect you both physically and mentally. -RUNNING:My most favorite hobby is athletics. I started to practice athletics when I was about nine years old. I went to school athletics competitions at first and after that I started to go to training. I was in my first athletics club in school for about four years. Athletics is a sport which consists of many different sports. For example, you can run, throw the javelin, jump height, and pole and throw a discus. When it is winter, you practice inside and when it is summer, you practice it outside. Most competitions are during the summer because athletics is a summer thing. In athletics, my main discipline is high jump but I was beginning on long jump or short sprints. My personal record in high jump is 207 cm and I am four-time winner in an athletics competition in the city. train 3-4 times a week
-CYCLING:Among my favourite sports and hobbies, I like cycling the best for several reasons. Firstly, I think ride a bike bring great joy. It also helps reduce stress and I always feel refreshed and relaxed after cycling for about half an hour. Secondly, cycling is an excellent way to keep myself fit and healthy. It helps build up my muscle strength and prevent many heart and lung diseases. Finally, besides being a great sport, cycling is also an important survival skill, because without knowing how to cycle well so that it is dangerous. Many of such accidents have occured to teenagers lately. In conclusion,cycling will always be my preferred hobby because it is not only healthy and fun but also a life-saving skill.
