When it was seven o'clock, my grandfather used to turn on the news to see the good news. When it comes to sports programs, the series of videos and pictures of athletes competing in sports make me admire. Among those sports, I like badminton the most. Not only young people can play badminton, but retired grandparents also regularly play badminton to improve their health. Usually, I practice badminton in the morning and afternoon. Playing badminton also helps us train our body and relieve pressure after a tiring school day. My grandmother is also one of the retired but very hard-working badminton players, she also teaches us how to play badminton well and helps us correct our mistakes when playing badminton. I'm very excited about playing badminton because every time I hit it, I feel all my worries disappear. Although I am not good at this subject, it brings me health and keeps me entertained. In the future, I will try to become a badminton coach.
