I usually sleeping, studying, walking and watching TV. I sleeping every night, at 9.pm. Each time, i often use 414 calories to do. I always study before going to bed, i do homework, prepare lesson for the next day. I usually use 350 calories everyday. Sometime, when I have free time, I will walk around the park. I do 4 times a week and 30 minutes each time. I use 545 calories for walking. The last one, I usually watching TV at home. I do it when I'm stressed and twice a day.
