Sorry to hear that you are unhappy because you are getting too fat. Don't worry. This is my advice. First, I think you should do exercise everyday and eat less junk food anf fatty food, if you do this every day, you can lose weight. Second, remember not to watch television too much, it can hurts your eye and when you sit for too long, you don't exercise, you can't release energy. Third, make sure to take part in lots of free playtime outside, don't play computer games more. Last but not least, eat more vegetables and fruits, it'll help you lose weight.
