1. Stir-fried beef
B1 : - Sliced beef for wine, pepper, salt, starch, a little oil, mix and soak for 15 minutes;
- Green and red peppers cut into pieces, chopped green onions, diced yellow peppers, sliced pickled ginger, minced garlic;
B2- After the oil in the pan is hot, the beef is quickly stir-fried until the color changes;
- Add oil to the pan of fragrant garlic, add yellow pepper and ginger soaked in non-aromatic herbs, add green and red peppers, salt and stir-fry well;
B3- Pour the beef into stir-fry, add soy sauce, chicken flour, and scallions, then fry it.
