1)The most interesting place you have been to.
I have been to many places in Vietnam, but the most interesting place that I always remember is Da Nang, the beautiful coastal city in Vietnam. It's wonderful to me because of these reasons:
• First, the scenery in Da Nang is ideal for us to go sunbathing. We can swim in the blue and clear sea water or do sunbathing on the soft sand beach under the yellow and warm sunshine. The air is so fresh and pure.
• Second, the local sea food are fresh, delicious but not expensive. For example, tourists can enjoy different kinds of seafood such as crab, prawn, lobster, seashell, etc. Also, the people there are friendly, sociable and polite.
• Third, there are many interesting activities to do beside playing football, tennis on the beach, building sandcastles on the beach or watching the sunrise. For example, we can sail on a board trip to the Cu Lao Cham and watch the mountain scenery on the way. Also, we may visit Ba Na Hill.
• For these reasons, Da Nang has always been one of my favorite tourist attractions.

When the majority of people say “I’m going to learn a new language this year” they never really think of the importance of learning a foreign language and how it can help them for years to come. Learning a second language isn’t going to be a quick task, in fact, it takes many years to perfect your speech patterns so native speakers will understand you and not give you a confused sideways head nod. You’ll need to be dedicated and stick with it, even if you’re just learning in your spare time, you will have to learn a bit here and there even if you’re just reviewing what you learned last week. Keeping the content fresh in your mind will help you when you decide to learn a new chapter or set of words and that means you won’t be set back due to work or personal obligations.

There are many reasons why it is important to learn a second, third, or even fourth language and the base of all that is you just want to expand your mind a bit more than you already have. Why is it important, you ask? Well, you will expand your mind and notice that you’re actually getting smarter and you’re remembering a lot more throughout your day simply because you’re studying a second language. It’s amazing how your mind works, and not many people think learning a second language can actually help you remember things, but you’ll essentially be putting your mind in the weight room and going through a good workout. The more you work out your mind, the more you remember, and the quicker you will get your tasks done.

There are many ways to keep fit. Fristly, you should have a balanced diet. For example, you should drink a lot of water. You should not eat fat, meat, junk food and fast food. Especially, you don't smoke, drink beer, wine and whiskey because that will make you are the pressure. The second way. I should do exercises. For instance, you can do morning exercises: walking, jogging, running,.or you can play sports: swimming, playing soccer, playing volley ball,..Because this makes you stronger, taller and healthier. Last but least, you should sleep enough. You should sleep eight hours a day and go to early because it is good for skin, more optimistic, and alway keep the smile on your slips. Instead of, you go online, you should read the book before go to bed. Because it will take go to have dreams beautifier. In conclusion, there are have a good health.

1.Ha Long Bay is located in the northeast of Vietnam and was awarded World Heritage Site status in 1994. It is the most popular destination for tourists to this part of Vietnam and is made up of approximately 3000 islands which rise out of the water and have a magical and mysterious aura about them. The islands are made up of grottos and beaches that have been created by the wind and the water that surrounds them although Vietnamese legend says that the islands were created by a mountain dwelling dragon. He is said to have carved out the landscape with his tail before plunging into the water which then filled the landscape only leaving the peaks of the rocks sticking out.
These ‘islands’ can be viewed from the relative comfort of a boat and sailing holidays for singles and groups are common, but Halong Bay also has other things to offer. There are many caves in the Bay which tourists come to explore, some of which have been illuminated, specifically for their benefit. As well as the caves, Cat Ba National Park offers great opportunities for hiking and seeing more of the stunning scenery.The way to get to Halong Bay is via Halong City, where you can organise a trip to Halong Bay if you did not do this prior to arriving in Vietnam. There is no doubt that the best way to see Halong Bay and its stunning landscape is from the water. Part of most organised tours of this region will include a boat trip through the bay and possibly even the chance to sleep on the boat. There are also many boating and sailing holidays for singles and groups available which will offer you the chance to sail through the bay in varying degrees of comfort and style.
Whatever time of year you choose to visit, it is likely to be affected by the weather. Visiting between February and April means the weather will be cool and potentially rainy, with fog also becoming a problem. However in the summer months, the area is prone to tropical storms so boat trips will be subject to change.
If you are visiting Vietnam, even for a short time, then Halong Bay has to be on your list of places to see. It has a unique and spectacular landscape and has to be seen to be truly appreciated.

2.In today’s era, multilingualism has become more than just ‘important’. Knowing a foreign language other than your native language has evolved to be extremely beneficial. Whether viewed from the financial or social aspect, being able to communicate in a foreign language helps to make ‘real’ connection with people and provides a better understanding of your language.

Why should you learn a foreign language? Learning a foreign language open up employment opportunities. For businesses, it is essential to develop and sustain a strong footing in the global economy. It is better achievable if they can understand the psychology and the language of their foreign clients. Most companies therefore, look for candidates with foreign language skills. If you are already working, knowing a foreign language may lead to special recognitions or promotions. As an employer, it will help encourage staff performance, improve customer services, and increase revenue for your company.

Apart from the financial gains learning a foreign dialect can offer a unique experience to travellers. People, who love to explore different parts of the world, know about diverse cultures, places, and lifestyle, knowing the local language can offer a life changing experience. You can easily find the places, ask for directions, and even order food. Speaking a language gives you a better understanding of the country’s culture. You can interact with people more freely providing a greater scope of meeting new people, making new friends, more fun, and enjoyment.  

Another reason why you should learn a foreign language is that the knowledge of a foreign language enhances your cognitive and analytical abilities. Learning a foreign language is tough and involves a lot of mental exercise. On the individual level, it improves personality and increases your sense of self-worth. The need of language faculties has increased due to the -growing interest in students to learn foreign languages. People associated with social services need to work with diverse groups from several countries. Ability to speak in a foreign language enables them to communicate and serve people better.

The next important decision is to choose from the number of foreign languages – French, Spanish, German, or Italian- to be learnt. Whether you learn a language for a specific reason or out of interest, learning a foreign language will lead to long-term success. It will open up new avenues before you. The more language you know, the better you can express yourself.

All people in the world wants to a better life so they always try the best in working or studying. However, you should take care of your health because you can not do anything without a healthy body.

For example, they sometimes work late and eat fastfood. It is extremely harmful to health because working late that you have deflected the body's biological clock. Fastfood is very fat, it can increase lipit and make you fatter.

Secondly, less mobility. Nowadays, people who working on office always sit many hours in front of their working desk and spend less time to do physical activities. As you know, our body was born to mobilize so less mobility will decrease this function and weakens us.

In conclusion, we should avoid doing these thing like this, create a suitable timetable to work and relax.
