Creating a habit of always keeping your mind active will help you become more flexible and lucid.
Feeling cramped at home. Whenever you feel tired or cramped, get out of the house and go for a walk. Do not force yourself to complete a certain amount of work to get out of the house. After breathing fresh air, you will have more energy to continue working. If you love freedom and travel, arrange for a weekend picnic that feels fresh.
Feeling like you can't do a great job. Chores are always full of unnamed chores. However, you should plan for each task, event, and specific record. So when you summarize the day, you will see that you have accomplished a lot of the day.
