I could see that you have problem with sleeping recently, here are some things you can do to improve your situation
First, before going to bed one or two hours, you should eat fruits like apple or banana, those will help you sleep better. You can also eat dark chocolate or drink some milk, they will totally clear out our conciousness and put you into beatiful night dreams.
Besides, you shouldn't eat too much at dinner as it would harm your stomach and keep you all night staying awake. Caffeine and tea are not allowed.
