Xác định từ cần thay thế ở 2 câu rồi thay thế bằng đại từ phù hợp. (người -> who; vật -> which; địa điểm -> where; thời gian -> when;.....)
- Rút gọn mệnh đề quan hệ:
Chủ động -> Rút gọn bằng V-ing.
Bị động -> Rút gọn bằng V3/ed.
Có các từ như the last, the first, the second, the only, so sánh nhất,... -> Rút gọn bằng to-V.
