I have many hobbies but reading is one of my favorites. Book has always been my close companion. Reading helps me improve my vocabulary because it contains a lot of new words. When I read I get intense concentration because it requires me to focus and what I read for a long time. Reading also opens up a lot of new knowledge such as learning about world history, understanding the structure of the human body or knowing the story of Sherlock Holmes. I think reading is the most enjoyable indoor activity.

My dad's hobbies are listening to music, watching movies and traveling. My father likes to listen to a variety of music; especially when he is sad, he often listens to sad songs. My father also likes to watch American sitcoms like How I met your mother, Once upon a time, Sabrina ... In addition, he also likes to travel, explore the land with nature and rich cuisine, especially. My father likes to walk along the sea in the afternoon, it makes him feel comfortable and peaceful.

My mother's hobby is gardening, and she has taken up it for five years. When my house was being built, my mom prepared to plant many trees in our house. I love her ideas, and at the moment her hobby makes our house so beautiful and natural. In addition, my mother has a scenic and great garden in the highest floor in my house. She finds gardening interesting and important for her life, it makes her relax after a long day at work. Someone thinks it is a cheap hobby, but in fact, it is an expensive hobby because you have to buy a lot of equipments, seeds, flower pots , and so on. My mom always shares gardening with me and my sister. It also makes me love it, and I often go to her garden for studying and relaxing. My mother loves gardening, and her love affects to our family members. I think she never stops her hobby in the future

My hobby is reading book. I started my hobby when I was in grade 6. It is an easy and hobby because I just have a book and read it when I have free time. I also read book when I want to know more about my lessons at school. I find reading book useful and improtant because I have learnt a lot of knowledge since I was grade six. With English, I can read many good books and have interesting information. Finally, I intend to continue my hobby in future because of its benefits and knowledge.
