The folk folk songs of Bac Ninh were formed quite a long time ago by the Vietnamese (Kinh) community in 49 Quan Ho villages and some neighboring villages in the two provinces of Bac Ninh. Currently Bac Giang created by Vietnam. Their villages are located on both sides of Cau River, about 30km north of Hanoi capital. Their folk songs are male and female counter-singing. They sing mandarins in the spring and autumn when there is a festival or when they have friends. A female couple from this village sang with a male couple from the village with a song of the same tune, different lyrics and opposite voices. The singing pair assigns the lead vocalist, who always sing, but the two's vocals must form one voice. They sing songs whose lyrics are poems, knife songs with pure words, exemplary expressions of love for couples, without accompanying accompaniment. There are four characteristic singing techniques: echoing, humming, background, bouncing. Singing Quan they have three main forms of singing Canh, singing competition for awards, singing festival. Singing relationship is associated with the custom of making friends, the custom of making friends between them, the custom of "sleeping together". Although these customs are not, and are practiced as much as before, the communities of the villages still preserve and transmit this folk art.
