Nowadays, many people especially woman like to have a slim boby because have a slim body make they feel more confident and that's why they need to keep fit.
There are many ways to keep fit. Firtsly, you have to diet. For example, you need to drink 2 liters of water daily, drink lots of water make you fell full and loss of hunger, besides it's good for your skin. Don't drink beer, wine, smoke,.. because that will make you're the pressure. Secondly, you need to eat vegetables and fruit because it's good for your health and it's a good way to keep fit, not to eat much fast food. Then, you should do exercises like walking, running or play sports: swimming, play basketball,... or go to gym because it's make you stronger, taller and healthier.Do exercises to keep fit also helps you have more patience. Last but least, you should sleep enough, sleep eight hours for day and wake up early because it's make you conscious and ready for a day.
