Nowday, traffic problems is one of the biggest problems in Ha Noi, the capital of VietNam has to deal with, First problem is traffic jams. There are too many people using the roads, espeually in rush hours when every on is in a hurry to get to work or come back home. Second problem is poor road conditions. The road is narrow and bumpy. Moreover, many streets in HN are often flooded when it rains,making it difficult to move. Everyday, more accidents are caused by careless drivers such as driving while drinking alcohol , not wearing helmet. Therefore, solving the current traffic problem is not only the responsibility of HaNoi city but also our own consciousness.
