First, you can add online English friends and chat with them. If you don't understand what they say, use the dictionaries. You should chat with them as often as you can. This will help you increase your vocabulary and grammar. Second, you can watch the English movie without subtitle. Listen to the conversations in the movie, try to understand and repeat the sentences will help you improve your pronunciation, increase you vocab and grammar. At the second time you watch the movie, try to guest the meaning of the words which you don't understand. Then use the dictionaries to check them. Third, learn English with English songs. It sounds great. You should listen an English song many times, try too understand that song. Use the same way when you try to understand the English movie. Sing that song many times will help you, too. Next is read English books. Try to guest the meaning in the books first, then check them with the dictionaries. You should try to read the books out loud to improve your pronunciation.
There are many more ways, but I think these are the best. You should try all them.
