Broken rice is a Vietnamese dish made from rice with broken rice grains. Broken rice refers to broken rice grains, while rice is cooked rice. Although there are many different names such as Saigon broken rice, especially the Saigon name, the main ingredients remain the same for almost everywhere. Broken rice dish with grilled ribs, pork skin, pork rolls, eggs are often used as breakfast, but now broken rice is available at some restaurants for lunch, dinner or dinner with many kinds of food.Broken rice is usually displayed on a plate or box (if purchased). The way of eating is like eating other types of rice sold on other plates, but the southerners often use a spoon and fork, the Central and the North are not used to it, the rice shops in the Central and North often have extra chopsticks for ease of use. I like broken rice very much.

Pho is a traditional Vietnamese dish, can also be considered one of the most typical dishes for Vietnamese cuisine. Pho is often used as breakfast, or dinner. (In Vietnam also often use the word Pho figuratively to indicate adultery). The main ingredients of pho are pho cakes and broth (or broth as the Southern way of calling) along with thinly sliced beef. Previously, there was only cooked beef noodle soup with full "nine-corn-encrusted-bucket", later on, diners accepted both raw pho, chicken noodle soup, pork noodle soup, shrimp noodle soup ... Going further, there is a restaurant Experiment with duck meat and sardines duck meat (ngan), but with little success.Pho always has to eat hot to be delicious, however, to get the delicious bowl of pho depends on the experience and traditional know-how of the pho profession. In Hanoi, it is popular to eat pho with quarrels. Today, pho has different cooking methods and flavors. In Vietnam, there are names to distinguish them as: Pho Bac (in the North), Pho Hue (in the Central) and Pho Saigon (in the South). Normally, the northern pho is characterized by a salty taste, while the south is sweet and rich with vegetables. Pho in the South is smaller than in the North. I love pho very much.
