ha noi is a beautiful city but in ha noi there are many problems about traffic too.
in ha noi there are too many vehicles on the road, and when you have to cross the road, you must wait for the traffic lights to turn green and then you go across on the zebra crossing. but somebody is breaking the rules by pass the red light and someone can get hurt.
and about trffic jams. traffic jams usually appear in rush hour and traffic jams can make accident like too many people try to go pass the traffic jams and finaaly they get hurt.
the solution for this is we must buid the road wider and people must obey traffic rules for safety.
