TH1: $\sqrt[]{x-3}$=0 <=> x=3
TH2: 2.$\sqrt[]{x+3}$ =1 <=>$\sqrt[]{x+3}$ =1/2 <=>x=-11/4

$\sqrt[]{(y-5).4}$+$\sqrt[]{y-5}$-1/3.$\sqrt[]{(y-5).9}$=4
