Health plays an important role in our life, therefore, maintaining a good health is of our concern. In order to stay healthy, there are some notions that we should bear in mind. Frist, we should eat more vegetables and fruit. Second, unhealthy food like fast food should not be consumed much. Besides, we should take up some sports to keep fit, for example swimming and volleyball. At the same time, we also should avoid spending hours on watching TV, surfing webs.
