Global warming has been blamed for the host of recent worldwide issue such as an increase and the severity of hurricanes, tropical strom, iceberg. Thus, countermeasure to cope with the aggravating global warming is the urgent questions in the present day. The biggest cause of global warming are deforestation, factories, electricity wastage, etc. Deforestation reduces the number of trees, which means there will be more carbon dioxide in the air. Factories produce a lot of greenhouse gases, and most electricity requires burning fossil fuels. To deal with the problem of global warming, organizations and many nations are making policis and implementing them in various field. But there are some key issues that when the leader consider when making policies to cope with global warming. Dealng with the global warming, the practicality and morality of polices is the most important and fundamental issue. Yet the policies are comepletlt useless if it can not be implemented. As our natural resources is limited, we should choose thw way to maximize our resources by comparing the benefit and costs of each policy.
